· Copy of the last 2 bank statements, all pages & every account

· Copy of the last 2 bank statements to reflect the assets needed for reserves, if applicable

· Copy of the most recent HOA statements for all properties owned, if applicable

· If you should a have PACE, YGRENE or similar loan (a lien attached to your property taxes), please provide the complete installment contract and the most current monthly statement

· Copy of the owner’s title policy.  This is the original title commitment, which you received when you first purchase your home.  If you should have this document, you may be able to receive a re-issue credit for the new lender title insurance.

· Copy of the survey for the subject property (Florida Only)

Meet Michael Aubut, MSA

    Michael has been an active real estate investor since 1998 in both California and Florida. He has been effective in several modes of real estate investing, to include renovating, wholesaling, flipping, renting, private lending, ground-up construction, and land development.

    He has a bachelor’s degree from Norwich University and a Master of Science in Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University. He is a former Marine Corps infantry officer with combat action in Somalia during his 10 years of service. In addition to his work in real estate and finance, Michael is the father to a teenage son and daughter and his best friend Max the goldendoodle. He and his wife Mitzy have been married for 20 years.

    When Michael left active service in the Marine Corps in 2000, he relocated to the Orlando area and took a position with an accounting firm where he led the tax audit defense department. He additionally provided Small Business Administration (SBA) loan support to many businesses.

    Transitioning into mortgage finance in 2002, Michael has been a loan officer and branch manager for 3 major lenders before joining his current mortgage brokerage in 2021. Widely considered a leader in mortgage production and financial education, Michael branded the Mortgage Hotline in 2005, when he was approached by a syndicate of real estate investment educators and was encouraged to provide investment and financial education nationwide. Over the years, he has shared the stage with such prominent speakers as Tony Robbins, Robert Allen, Russ Whitney, and the late Zig Ziglar. He has been involved with hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions as an investor and as a lender. He has written articles that have been carried in 7 different real estate and finance magazines with an audience of millions of readers. Michael’s real estate advice via seminars, workshops and articles have been used and endorsed by several investment “gurus” including Robert Allen, author of The One Minute Millionaire and Nothing Down; Mark Victor Hansen, author of the Chicken Soup series of books; Russ Whitney; Bill Barnett and others.
