· Referring Realtor refers client to our brokerage (Ask Realty Group, LLC) with a 70/30 split
(70% to you / 30 to Ask Realty Group, LLC)
· Referring Realtor provides buyer contact details to MoneyStream Financial for qualification
· MoneyStream contacts buyer to complete intake / submit documents
· Pre-Approval process, Documents and Background Check are completed
· Once approved – Referring Realtor and Buyer go shopping for a house in the price range indicated
· Provide address and offer price to MoneyStream
· Offer is acceptable to MoneyStream, we prepare all paperwork and submit the offer to the Listing Agent as a CASH OFFER
· Accepted offer – we complete inspections and close in 14 to 21 days
· Closing – Ask Realty Group pays Referring Realtor 70% of the commission
· Buyer makes deposit of ~2%, signs Rent to Own Agreement and MOVES IN
· Buyer’s Monthly Payment: 75% is rent and 25% goes to Savings (towards future down payment)
· Buyer has 3 years to buy the home (savings towards down payment) or they can walk away
They receive savings back (minus 2% relisting fee)
