Documentation needed- PURCHASE
· Paystubs – the last 2 paystubs
· Copy of the last 2 years of tax returns – 2020 & 2021 – all pages
· Copy of the last 2 years of W-2’s and/or 1099’s – 2020 & 2021
· Copy of your driver license and/or residence card
· Copy of the last 2 bank statements, all pages & every account
· Copy of the most recent quarterly brokerage / retirement accounts
· Copy of the most recent mortgage statements for all open mortgages, if applicable
· Additional documents may be needed
Documentation needed- REFINANCE
· Paystubs – the last 2 paystubs
· Copy of the last 2 years of tax returns – 2019 & 2020 – all pages
· Copy of the last 2 years of W-2’s and/or 1099’s – 2019 & 2020
· Copy of your driver license and/or residence card
· Copy of the last 2 bank statements to reflect the assets needed for reserves, if applicable
· Copy of the most recent mortgage statements for all open mortgages, if applicable
· Copy of the most recent HOA statements for all properties owned, if applicable
· If you should a have PACE, YGRENE or similar loan (a lien attached to your property taxes), please provide the complete installment contract and the most current monthly statement
· Copy of the owner’s title policy. This is the original title commitment, which you received when you first purchase your home. If you should have this document, you may be able to receive a re-issue credit for the new lender title insurance.
· Copy of the survey for the subject property (Florida Only)
